Arise For Justice is a Ghanaian nonprofit organization established in 2022, dedicated to securing and upholding the human rights of all individuals in Ghana. Founded by a group of passionate Ghanaians dedicated to social justice, the organization has a particular focus on marginalized communities and minorities, including ethnic minorities, women, children, and the LGBTQ+ community.
APPROACH
We believe in a multi-faceted approach to achieve lasting change. We fight for human rights through:
Education
Arise For Justice conducts workshops, seminars, and public awareness campaigns to educate Ghanaians about their rights and empower them to speak up against injustice.
Legal Aid
The organization provides legal assistance to individuals whose human rights have been violated, helping them navigate the legal system and seek redress.
Empowerment
Arise For Justice offers training programs for marginalized communities, equipping them with the skills and knowledge to advocate for themselves and their rights.
Advocacy
The organization lobbies policymakers, petitions for legal reforms, and collaborates with other NGOs to push for a human rights-centered agenda.
Collaboration
We build partnerships with local and international NGOs, government agencies, and community leaders to maximize impact.
